Cancellation Policy:
7 business days, prior to scheduled stay;
$50 dollars will
be charged against your reservation

up to the 72 hours forfeit the entire 50% deposit. Any Cancellation within 72 hours of arrival, will be
charged the full room price!

When a massage is
requested and his or her calendar has been set; if you cancel
your stay you will be charged a portion or all of the massage
charges according to the scale for room cancellations.

When a
3rd person is a guest in a room and/or a second bed is required
in a room,
there is a $20.00 per night charge for that convenience.
A fee
will be charged for excessive water use, extra linens and towel
use.

not be responsible for loss of money, jewelry or valuables for any
