At Canterbury Chateau we strive to ensure that your stay with us will be a pleasurable experience. Therefore, the following policies will be strictly enforced.

Policies at Canterbury Chateau:

	A 50% non-refundable deposit is required for guaranteed reservations.
	Check-in 4:30 p.m. to 6 p.m. or by special arrangement
	Check-out 11:00 a.m.
	WIRELESS INTERNET NOW AVAILABLE
	No pets allowed
	No smoking permitted inside the B&B
	For the safety of all our guests, NO Candles are permitted. Intimate lighting is provided for your pleasure
	Cancellation Policy: 7 business days, prior to scheduled stay; $40 dollars will be charged against your reservation deposit cancelled prior to the 7 business day policy. Cancelations 7 business days up to the 72 hours forfeit the entire 50% deposit. *Any Cancellation within 72 hours of arrival, will be charged the full room price!*
	Canterbury Chateau is Now GENERATOR READY, just in case there is a power outage
	EXPIRED, LOST OR STOLEN GIFT CERTIFICATES WILL NO LONGER BE HONORED
	When a massage is requested and his or her calendar has been set; if you cancel your stay you will be charged a portion or all of the massage charges according to the scale for room cancellations.

Notice to Guests: This property is privately owned and management reserves the right to refuse services to anyone, and will not be responsible for loss of money, jewelry or valuables for any kind.

**SPECIAL NOTICE: No Excessive Alcohol Use Permitted and ZERO-Tolerance for Drug Use on Premises will be enforced**

Under the above circumstances you may be asked to leave and no money for rooms will be refunded.
