Check in at 3:00 PM and enjoy a pot of tea/coffee served by the fire in the Hearth Room / or seasonal on the Sun Deck. Sit, laugh, relax and enjoy your tea/coffee with tarts and also enjoy the Ambience of the chateau. This is an excellent way to start your stay with us. Arrangements for the tea/coffee hour are by reservations only.
If you are a non-guest, you may enjoy the Chateau as well during the tea/coffee hour. Please call

A 50% non-refundable
deposit is required for guaranteed reservations.
Check-in 4:30 p.m. to 6 p.m. or by special
arrangement

Cancellation Policy:
7 business days, prior to scheduled stay;
$50 dollars will
be charged against your reservation
deposit cancelled prior
to the 7 business day policy.
Cancelations 7 business days
up to the 72 hours forfeit the entire 50% deposit. Any Cancellation within 72 hours of arrival, will be
charged the full room price!

GIFT CERTIFICATES WILL NO LONGER BE HONORED
When a massage is
requested and his or her calendar has been set; if you cancel
your stay you will be charged a portion or all of the massage
charges according to the scale for room cancellations.
Prices
are subject to change and may be changed at any time, without
notice.
When a
3rd person is a guest in a room and/or a second bed is required
in a room,
there is a $20.00 per night charge for that convenience.
A fee
will be charged for excessive water use, extra linens and towel
use.

This property is privately owned and
management reserves the right to refuse services to anyone, and will
not be responsible for loss of money, jewelry or valuables for any
kind.
**SPECIAL NOTICE:
No Excessive Alcohol Use Permitted
and ZERO-Tolerance for Drug Use on Premises will be enforced**
Under the above circumstances you may
be asked to leave and no money for rooms will be refunded.
